How do I send back a return?

Not happy with your Stance product?  Return it to us within 30 days, and we'll give you a full refund. Please follow the steps below:

US Customers:

To return your items, please re-package the products (including the original packing slip) and ship them to the address below:

Please allow 7-10 business days  for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.

International Customers:

Please contact Stance at (888) 391-9020 or email info@stance.com to process your return authorization. You will receive a return confirmation email from Borderfree, along with detailed instructions for returning your order.
